Temperatures are increasing this weekend!
A yellow heat-health alert has been issued for the West Midlands via the Met Office.
Are you struggling with hay fever? Symptoms usually get worse in summer when pollen levels increase, especially when it’s warm, humid, and windy.
Insect bites and string are a lot more common during the warmer weather – make sure you’re keeping yourself and others safe.
Non-urgent advice: More information
There’s lots more information online to help you stay safe during hot weather. Visit the UKHSA and NHS websites including their pages on how to beat the heat and on heat exhaustion and heatstroke.
